We are the lead structure utilised to raise equity or debt on various assets for the various projects we undertake or clients that we represent.
Our business roots in the sectors we now concentrate on were established throughout our combined career experience base of over 80 years in the US, UK, and Germany, and a myriad of projects across EMEA.
DENA’s corporate journey began in the UK in the early ’90s within the telecom, media, and technology (TMT) industry as businesses were established to provide unique and interesting high growth high yield venture opportunities utilising our international business partners, developers, and institutional networks.
We have formed extensive and experienced strategic partnerships across many sectors and strive to work with “best in class” on every aspect of our business. We work strictly on a success-based model.
We deal with a small panel of unique financiers and are involved in a wide range of transnational projects that typically satisfy one or more of the “17 UN Sustainable Development Goals” and crisis recovery efforts.
